Responsibilities

• Initiate outbound cold calls to a high volume of potential clients in the US and UK markets daily.
• Engage prospects in professional conversations to identify their needs and pain points related to digital marketing services.
• Clearly articulate the value proposition of Digital Web Solutions' offerings, focusing on key benefits.
• Qualify leads based on predefined criteria to ensure they are a good fit for our sales team.
• Schedule and confirm appointments for the sales team with qualified prospects.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all calls, prospect interactions, and appointment bookings in the CRM system.
• Consistently meet or exceed daily and weekly targets for calls made and appointments set.
• Develop a strong understanding of Digital Web Solutions' services and the competitive landscape.
• Collaborate with the sales team to refine calling scripts and improve lead qualification processes.
• Stay updated on basic marketing concepts and industry trends to enhance conversation effectiveness.
• Handle objections and rejections professionally, maintaining a positive and persistent attitude.
• Contribute to a dynamic and fast-paced team environment by actively participating in team meetings and sharing insights.
