In this role, you will be instrumental in leading influencer marketing campaigns from their initial conception through to their successful execution and comprehensive performance analysis. You will manage creator collaborations, conduct negotiations, and cultivate strong relationships with a diverse range of influencers at scale. A key responsibility will be owning campaign budgets and making data-driven decisions focused on maximizing return on investment, including customer acquisition cost optimization and scaling strategies.

You will also be responsible for analyzing campaign data to extract actionable insights that inform future growth strategies, with a particular focus on high-impact sectors such as fintech, foodtech, and beauty, while collaborating closely with internal teams and brand partners to achieve measurable outcomes.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of two years of experience managing influencer marketing campaigns from inception to completion. A strong background in managing gaming app campaigns is mandatory, demonstrating a deep understanding of the unique dynamics and performance metrics within this sector. You should have a robust understanding of key performance indicators such as ROI, CAC, and scaling, and feel confident in your ability to handle negotiations effectively while simultaneously managing multiple creators and campaigns. A proactive, ownership-driven mindset, from the initial concept development through to the final results, is essential for success in this dynamic position.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic planning and execution of end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns for gaming apps, from initial brief development through to final performance analysis.
• Manage and cultivate relationships with a diverse portfolio of gaming influencers, ensuring successful collaborations and long-term partnerships.
• Oversee and optimize campaign budgets, with a strong focus on achieving high Return on Investment (ROI) and driving Cost per Acquisition (CAC) efficiency.
• Develop and implement data-driven strategies to scale influencer marketing efforts and maximize campaign performance.
• Analyze key campaign metrics and translate complex data into actionable insights for continuous improvement and growth.
• Conduct negotiations with influencers and their representatives to secure favorable terms and ensure alignment with campaign objectives.
• Collaborate closely with internal marketing, product, and sales teams to ensure cohesive campaign strategies and deliver measurable business outcomes.
• Work with external brand partners to understand their objectives and develop tailored influencer marketing solutions that drive social buzz and virality.
• Monitor industry trends and emerging platforms within the gaming and influencer marketing space to identify new opportunities.
• Manage multiple influencer campaigns concurrently, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
• Prepare and present comprehensive campaign performance reports to stakeholders, highlighting key achievements and areas for optimization.
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the influencer marketing function, staying abreast of best practices and new technologies.
