Digital Web Solutions is seeking a skilled IT Support Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, networks, and software. You will work closely with various departments to address technical issues and maintain optimal system performance. Responsibilities
• Provide technical support for computer systems, hardware, and software.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve IT issues reported by users.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
• Manage and maintain the company's CRM system, ensuring data integrity and user access.
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot network-related issues.
• Respond to user requests for technical support in a timely and efficient manner.
• Document technical procedures and user guides.
• Collaborate with IT team members on system upgrades and maintenance.
• Ensure all IT equipment is maintained and accounted for.
• Assist with the implementation of new IT solutions and technologies.
