Responsibilities
• Build and nurture trusted relationships with key client stakeholders.
• Translate clients’ business objectives into clear and measurable campaign goals.
• Own end-to-end account delivery, including reporting, budget management, and invoicing.
• Guide clients through campaign performance, data analysis, and strategic recommendations.
• Ensure alignment between clients and internal teams on scope, timelines, and expectations.
• Defend project timelines and margins while maintaining strong client trust.
• Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to foster account growth.
• Conduct accurate daily, weekly, and monthly account reporting.
• Identify potential risks early and implement solutions to prevent escalations.
• Travel across India to attend client meetings as required.
Location: Remote for Bengaluru/ Mumbai Applicants ; Hybrid for Delhi/ Gurgaon Applicants.
Type: Full-time | Monday-Friday, 10:00 AM-7:00 PM Travel: Travel across India for client meetings when required
