Job Description

Digital Web Solutions is seeking a dynamic Senior Sales Manager for our innovative influencer marketing platform, CollabX. CollabX is dedicated to empowering brands to build the most trusted performance marketing channel of the digital era through influencers, specializing in driving high ROAS, virality, and social buzz. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in driving new sales and business growth by building and scaling a robust outbound sales engine to acquire new brand partners. You will be responsible for securing meetings with key decision-makers such as CMOs and Heads of Growth at top-tier brands across India, meticulously managing CRM data, reporting, and target account strategies to consistently achieve ambitious daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets, ensuring quick and effective deal closures while staying ahead of market trends.

A significant focus of this position will be on ensuring the success and strategic development of our brand partners. This involves leading the creation of compelling pitch decks and impactful brand storytelling, collaborating cross-functionally on media planning and bespoke brand strategies, and developing mutually beneficial creator-brand partnership models. You will own the validation of the influencer marketing funnel and the definition of key performance indicators for this channel, ultimately driving long-term brand partnerships and continuous funnel optimization, alongside managing and expanding existing client relationships.

The ideal candidate will possess over three years of experience in digital sales, enterprise business development, or brand partnerships, coupled with a profound understanding of performance marketing, sales funnels, and growth metrics. You will have a proven track record of successfully selling to senior stakeholders and a strategic mindset with strong execution and relationship-management capabilities. While experience in influencer marketing, media, SaaS, martech, or adtech is advantageous, a strong aptitude for strategic thinking and a comfort level working within a fast-paced, founder-led environment are essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive outbound sales strategy to identify and acquire new enterprise brand partners for CollabX.
• Secure high-level meetings with CMOs, Heads of Growth, and other key decision-makers at target brands across India.
• Manage and maintain accurate CRM data, ensuring rigorous hygiene and timely reporting to track progress against daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets.
• Drive the end-to-end sales cycle, from initial outreach to deal closure, with a focus on quick and effective win rates.
• Lead the creation of compelling pitch decks and persuasive brand storytelling to articulate the value proposition of CollabX.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams on media planning and the development of bespoke brand strategies tailored to influencer marketing objectives.
• Design and implement innovative win-win creator-brand partnership models that deliver mutual value and foster long-term engagement.
• Define and validate key performance indicators (KPIs) for the influencer marketing channel, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and measurable outcomes.
• Cultivate and nurture long-term brand partnerships, focusing on ongoing funnel optimization and maximizing return on ad spend (ROAS).
• Proactively manage and grow existing client relationships, identifying opportunities for upsell and expansion revenue.
• Monitor market trends and competitive landscapes to maintain a strategic advantage and inform sales approaches.
• Contribute to the overall growth and success of CollabX by consistently exceeding sales and revenue targets.
