Wytlabs is seeking a motivated and articulate Appointment Setter to join our dynamic team. In this entry-level role, you will be instrumental in expanding our client base by initiating contact with potential customers in the United States and United Kingdom. Your primary responsibility will be to confidently make cold calls, engage prospects in meaningful conversations, and identify qualified leads for our sales department. A clear, US-friendly accent and a foundational understanding of marketing principles are essential for success in this position, enabling you to effectively communicate the value of our digital solutions.

The core focus of this role is to meticulously qualify leads and schedule appointments for our sales representatives. This involves understanding Wytlabs' comprehensive suite of digital marketing services and articulating them with clarity and precision to potential clients. Leveraging your developing marketing knowledge, you will be adept at recognizing opportunities and identifying prospects who align with our service offerings. Accurate and timely recording of all call details and subsequent follow-ups within our CRM system is paramount to maintaining efficient lead management and ensuring no opportunity is missed.

The ideal candidate for this Appointment Setter position will possess a proactive attitude and a strong desire to learn and grow within the digital marketing industry. While prior experience in appointment setting is beneficial, we are primarily looking for individuals with 0-2 years of experience who demonstrate excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to connect with diverse clientele. A keen interest in marketing and a commitment to achieving weekly targets for calls, leads generated, and appointments set will be key indicators of success.

Responsibilities

• Initiate outbound cold calls to prospective clients in the United States and United Kingdom.
• Engage potential clients in professional conversations to understand their needs and qualify them as leads.
• Clearly articulate Wytlabs' digital marketing services and value proposition to prospects.
• Leverage basic marketing concepts to identify and target high-potential leads.
• Schedule and confirm appointments for the Wytlabs sales team with qualified prospects.
• Accurately record all call details, prospect information, and follow-up actions within the CRM system.
• Consistently meet or exceed weekly targets for the number of calls made, leads generated, and appointments set.
• Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor, speaking with a US-friendly accent during all client interactions.
• Proactively seek opportunities to learn and deepen understanding of Wytlabs' evolving digital marketing solutions.
• Collaborate effectively with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads and scheduled appointments.
• Contribute to building a purpose-led, value-driven organization through diligent performance and positive engagement.
• Track personal performance metrics against established goals and identify areas for improvement.
