Wytlabs, a dynamic digital marketing agency dedicated to scaling eCommerce, D2C, healthcare, and SaaS businesses, is seeking a skilled and results-oriented Marketing Team Lead to spearhead our outbound outreach initiatives. This is a hands-on role where you will be instrumental in operating and scaling our outreach efforts, leveraging platforms like Instantly and brochure-based campaigns. You will be responsible for both the strategic oversight of campaign performance and the effective management of a team of junior resources focused on data vetting and enrichment, ensuring our clients achieve their growth objectives through expert SEO, Paid Ads, AI-led search optimization, email automation, and conversion-focused digital marketing strategies.
Your primary focus will be on driving measurable improvements across all aspects of our outbound marketing. This includes meticulously managing deliverability and infrastructure, ensuring domains and inboxes are set up for optimal performance, maintaining sender reputation through careful warmup and monitoring, and proactively troubleshooting any placement issues across major email providers like Google and Outlook to ensure emails consistently land in the primary inbox. You will also be responsible for the end-to-end execution of campaigns, from building and launching to daily performance monitoring, pausing and relaunching underperforming campaigns, and maintaining stringent sending hygiene. Continuous messaging iteration will be key, involving the improvement of existing frameworks, A/B testing of angles and proof points, optimizing follow-up sequences, and reducing spam triggers to achieve a measurable improvement in reply rates each week. Furthermore, you will define and enforce strict targeting and list quality rules, working with lead sources like Apollo and datasets to ensure only qualified leads enter our campaigns.
The ideal candidate will possess 2-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record in managing and scaling outbound campaigns. You should have a deep understanding of email deliverability, sender reputation management, and the technical aspects of setting up and maintaining email infrastructure. Experience in campaign execution, including performance monitoring and optimization, is essential. A strong ability to iterate on messaging, conduct A/B testing, and improve reply rates through strategic adjustments will be highly valued. Crucially, you will have experience in managing and mentoring junior team members, effectively allocating workload, defining clear processes, and ensuring high-quality output for tasks such as lead research, vetting, and enrichment. Familiarity with brochure campaign management, including personalization workflows and tracking engagement, is also a significant advantage.

• Oversee the daily execution and performance of outbound email campaigns, including campaign building, scheduling, monitoring, and proactive adjustments to maximize engagement and minimize issues.
• Drive continuous improvement in campaign messaging and frameworks by conducting A/B tests on angles, proof points, and spin syntax templates to measurably increase reply rates weekly.
• Develop and implement robust targeting and list quality strategies, utilizing lead sources like Apollo and datasets to define segmentation rules and ensure only qualified leads are included in campaigns.
• Manage and mentor a team of junior resources responsible for lead research, data vetting, and enrichment, allocating daily workloads, establishing clear vetting rules, and maintaining throughput and quality targets.
• Coordinate and execute brochure-based outreach campaigns, including prospect mapping, personalization workflows, and tracking engagement to outperform standard outreach metrics.
• Implement and monitor conversation quality tracking processes to identify messaging failures, incorporate sales feedback, and improve meeting booking rates.
• Troubleshoot and resolve email placement issues across Google and Outlook, proactively monitoring spam placement and bounce health to maintain optimal sending performance.
