SEO Team Lead - Wytlabs

Wytlabs is seeking a motivated and experienced SEO Team Lead to guide and mentor our talented team of SEO Analysts and Executives. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in driving business goals through strategic SEO initiatives. You will be responsible for developing comprehensive project plans, meticulously monitoring progress, and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality projects that meet and exceed client expectations. Your leadership will extend to making critical day-to-day operational decisions for your team, including the effective management of work assignments, and you will serve as the primary point of contact for our valued clients, fostering strong relationships and clear communication.

The core focus of this position is to elevate our clients' online presence through expert SEO strategies. You will oversee the execution of all SEO activities, from technical audits to content optimization, ensuring that client websites adhere to the latest SEO best practices. This includes a deep understanding of technical SEO elements such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, as well as proficiency with Google Analytics, webmaster tools, and various other online SEO platforms. A key aspect of your role will be to brainstorm innovative growth strategies, conduct thorough quality reviews of all outgoing work to guarantee accuracy and consistency, and to analyze and present weekly and monthly performance reports to clients, clearly communicating project development, timelines, and results. You will also be responsible for ensuring that monthly action plans and commitments are consistently met.

The ideal candidate will possess 3 to 5 years of dedicated experience in SEO and digital marketing, with a proven ability to lead and manage a team of SEO professionals. Experience managing large enterprise or eCommerce websites is highly desirable. You should demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, a strong capacity for problem identification and resolution, and exceptional organizational and prioritization abilities. Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite is also expected. We are looking for a subject matter expert who can confidently guide team members, peers, and clients, and who can effectively assign work, manage quality, and drive people management activities within the team.
